1. TICKET PURCHASES
All ticket purchases made through eticketspro Sites are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. By placing an order, you authorize eticketspro or its designated payment processor to charge the full purchase amount, including ticket price, service fees, taxes, and any applicable delivery fees.
Tickets may be issued in electronic, mobile, or other formats depending on the event and venue.
2. PRICING & FEES
Ticket prices are set by event organizers, venues, or authorized sellers and may be above or below face value.
Service fees, processing fees, and taxes are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Prices and fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
3. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & VERIFICATION
eticketspro reserves the right to:
Verify billing information and identity
Decline or cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized use
Cancel orders if payment authorization fails
If payment cannot be verified, your order may be canceled without notice and tickets may be voided.
4. ALL SALES FINAL / NO REFUNDS
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
All ticket sales are final
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted
Refunds will only be issued if:
The event is officially canceled and the event organizer authorizes refunds
Required by applicable law
Event postponements, rescheduling, lineup changes, weather conditions, or venue changes do not qualify for refunds, unless specified by the event organizer.
5. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
eticketspro is not responsible for:
Event cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling
Artist, performer, or lineup changes
Venue changes or seating modifications
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, any refund or exchange will be subject to the event organizer’s policy, not eticketspro.
6. TICKET DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information
eticketspro is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or misused tickets
Tickets obtained through unauthorized duplication, resale, or transfer may be voided
Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.
7. RESALE & TRANSFER
Resale or transfer of tickets is subject to:
Event organizer and venue rules
Applicable local and state laws
eticketspro may restrict, suspend, or cancel resale listings that violate these rules.
8. DENIED ENTRY & EVENT RULES
Admission is subject to:
Venue policies
Event security procedures
Compliance with event rules
eticketspro is not responsible for denied entry due to:
Late arrival
Failure to comply with venue policies
Invalid or altered tickets
Intoxication or prohibited behavior
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
eticketspro acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not the event organizer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eticketspro shall not be liable for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage at events
Acts or omissions of event organizers, venues, performers, or third parties
Travel costs, accommodations, or incidental expenses
10. TERMINATION OF PURCHASE RIGHTS
eticketspro reserves the right to cancel orders, void tickets, or restrict purchasing privileges if a user:
Violates any terms or policies
Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Misuses the platform
11. GOVERNING LAW
